Our standard bar gates are generally constructed using either 16mm or 19mm solid round vertical bars spaced at 125mm centres welded within 40mm box section frames.

All our gates benefit from a full height anti thrust plate down the locking side to prevent jemmy attacks and are secured by a Chubb 3G114E insurance rated deadlock, operable from both sides with a key.

Scrolls and many other design features can be added to our gates during the manufacturing process for a more decorative finish, we are happy to discuss and help design your gate to any specification you provide.

Cut outs can be made to accommodate door handles, letterboxes or in fact any special requirements, arrow heads are often used across the tops of gate frames to prevent climbing over.

The finish is etch primed and powder coated to either a standard colour or we are happy to match any existing RAL or BS colour provided, galvanizing is also available as an option prior to powder coating.

Because our security gates are all bespoke made, we are able to design and install our security gates to operate alongside existing or new door entry phone & electronic security systems.

There are many options available when it comes to securing our gates and most locking requirements can be accommodated, whether your requirements are to meet fire regulations, connect to an existing or new door entry / access control systems we can help, all are pre-fabricated into the gates for maximum security.

Fire Exit Devices, self closing latches, Chubb Deadlocks, Mechanical or battery operated digital codelocks, Magnetic locks and electric lock releases are only a few of the options.
